Our Anti-Spam provider, Edgewave, is experiencing slowness and seeing message delays from 1 minute to 10 minutes. They are currently working on the issue now. Any emails sent within Utopia will still arrive immediately as internal emails do not have to be processed through Edgewave.

Heart Bleed Exploit: Utopia Systems has assessed that the Heart Bleed Exploit does not affect our servers. Our windows servers do not use OpenSSL which is the technology that Heart Bleed uses to capture sensitive information. In addition, our Linux Web Hosting server uses OpenSSL version 0.9.8 which is not affected by the exploit.
Although the chances are minimial, it is important to note that if you use the same password with an affected site and your Utopia account then we suggest changing your password. For Exchange customers, this can be done by logging into Outlook Web Access, choosing Options, and Change Password.

Utopia Customer Support Portal
Our customer support portal contains important information about issues related to using Utopia’s hosted services, including user setup documents and a Knowledgebase with search capability. The portal can be accessed at the following location: https://support.utopiasystems.net.
Any valid Utopia username and password will grant you access to it. (If prompted, click yes for the security warning)
